FAQ's
A Typical Just For Kicks Session:
Each session will have new and exciting drills and exercises. The Just For Kicks policy is to HAVE FUN, so we have developed a program that is constantly changing and includes unique activities. Although the days will differ, you can expect to have a warm-up, stretching, ball work and body work. You will learn more about the game and improve your skills. All exercises can be modified to meet your personal fitness level.
What to Bring:
-- ALISO VIEJO / FULLERTON / SJC LOCATIONS: Molded cleats are HIGHLY recommended for these locations because it is an outdoor grass field, and can be slippery. If you need to purchase soccer cleats, you may do so at any sporting goods store, or soccer specialty store. Feel free to call Just For Kicks with any questions about soccer cleats. Soccer balls will be provided until the end of 2008, after the first of the year, you will need to bring your own size 5 soccer ball.
-- ORANGE LOCATION: Molded cleats are not allowed at the Orange location because it is indoor facility with artificial turf. A good pair of running or indoor soccer shoes will work great for this location. Soccer balls will be provided until the end of 2008, after the first of the year, you will need to bring your own size 5 soccer ball.
Just For Kicks is a non-competitive program, so shinguards are not required, although we do recommend them since there will be gameplay during the sessions. Shinguards can be purchased at any soccer specialty shop, or most sporting goods stores. You will want to remember to bring water! Soccer balls will provided by Just For Kicks through the end of 2008, after the first of the year, new participants should bring their own size 5 ball.
Is Each Session The Same?:
Each session will be very different from another. All days will have different and uniqe drills and activities so it wont get boring, and you will develop all skills in the game of soccer. Signing up for a multiple month membership is great to keep your endurance and fitness up, while continuing to learn and practice new and different things.
Skill Level Requirements:
Just For Kicks is a program that women of ALL skill and fitness levels can attend. All exercises and drills can be modified for a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player. You will fit right in, no matter who you are!
Duration Of Sessions:
All sessions will last one hour.
Make Up Sessions:
If you must miss a session, you can get a one session credit on your next month's membership. To qualify for this credit, you must give notice to Just For Kicks that you will be missing the session at least 48 hours in advance. No credits will be given for sessions missed without prior notice via email or phone.
Can I Try A Session Before Purchasing?:
Yes, you can come out to a one-hour session to try it out before purchasing a series of sessions. Simply download this COUPON and bring it with you to the session you wish to try.
What If It Rains?:
You should expect to meet for the session unless the rain is coming down very, very hard. Just For Kicks will send you a message via email prior to your session to confirm if the session has been cancelled. Or, you can call the office at 714.996.0394 - there will be a recorded message with information on the days events. If a session is cancelled due to rain, we will do our best to find a time to make it up.
Memberships :
You can join the Just For Kicks program at any time during the year. You choose when your membership begins, and you will be autobilled on the first day of your cycle each month. You can cancel at anytime as long as your program duration has expired, and it is before your next billing cycle day.
Will There Be Any Sessions Closer To My Location?:
Just For Kicks is looking to expand into new locations. If you know of a field we can use (with permission) near you, please let us know! Also, if you know of potential instructors in that area, let us know that too. If you help us secure a new location, your registration in the program will be free!

Refund Policy:
If you must cancel your membership due to injury or some other unforseen event, you may receive a partial refund. It will be up to the discretion of Just For Kicks to decide how much the refund would be. Just For Kicks loves their participants and will work with you in all ways possible so everyone is happy!
