Don't worry, even if you have never kicked a soccer ball in your entire life, Just For Kicks is for you! All drills and exercises can be easily modified to match your fitness and soccer skill level. A typical day will include passing, dribbling, juggling, shooting, and playing very fun, non-competitive drills and games—all in a supportive and motivating environment. There will be no intimidating exercises or drills, and you can learn at your own pace and alter the difficulty of the drills so they are right for you! Each session is unique and will have different activities, so by signing up for multiple sessions, you will be sure to get a great on-going workout, and will continue to progress in all areas of the game! Just For Kicks wants women to love the game of soccer, and to feel great about themselves.
